Checkin tranquilo de madrugada. Recebi todas informações na recepção. Não pude abrir a varanda, estava lacrada e havia uma obra na fachada do prédio. Os quartos e banheiros bons! Travesseiros médios e chuveiros ruins, que saiam pouca água e sem pressão.Quadra de tenis usei sem reserva pois estava livre. Não usei piscina nem academia (parecia um pouco velha). Usei a cafeteria para tomar café da manhã 2x.Senti muita falta de uma máquina de café de cápsulas tipo Nespresso no apartamento. A vaga do carro é ruim, muito longe. Tem que andar muito. É vaga marcada.Paga-se para receber cada caixa pequena da Amazon. Médias e grandes pagam mais.Good check-in at 3am. I received all the information at the reception. I couldn't open the balcony, it was sealed and there was a work on the facade of the building.The rooms and bathrooms are good! Medium pillows and bad showers, that come out little water and no pressure.I used the tennis court without reservation because it was free.I didn't use the pool or gym (it seemed a little old). I used the coffee shop to have breakfast twice.I really missed a Nespresso capsule coffee machine in the apartment.The parking space is bad, very far. You have to walk a lot. It's a marked vacancyYou pay to receive every small box from Amazon. Medium and large pay more.

We had a great stay. The view is stunning, the park in front and the ocean view are just lovely. The location to beach access was also great. The condo is bright and offers ocean views from all the rooms. We loved the building; the pool and rec area was very nice and it was great having a mini market on site. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella, sand, toys, and a cool cooler. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed as a group of five (unit fits 6) and loved the view, location, and easy walk to the beach and grocery store. The building amenities were excellent, the pool with free cabanas, the gym, and convenient parking. The unit felt modern with updated appliances, and the AC worked well but was loud and didn’t reach the small windowless bedroom well.For the price, though, the value wasn’t there. Several maintenance issues appeared right away: a baseboard fell off when opening the dishwasher, walls were scuffed, and there were electrical concerns. One outlet had a broken plate exposing wiring, another made a lamp turn on when plugging in a charger across the room, two kitchen outlets didn’t work, and half the dining lights were out. The balcony door didn’t lock, the couch frame was cracked, and one toilet wobbled.Cleanliness also fell short. Floors turned our socks dark, counters were dusty, chairs had dirt and rust, and the unit felt generally dusty. Two beds had stained sheets or pillows, and one towel had a stain.The unit was under-stocked for five guests: only three toilet paper rolls, one paper towel roll, and two garbage bags were provided for a 4 day stay, plus just two beach chairs despite a six-person listing. The owner did quickly replace a missing frying pan.Overall, while the location and amenities were great, the cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and maintenance problems made the stay feel below the value expected.

The condo was nice but had 2 major issues during our stay. One, there was construction happening outside and by the pool area and it started early morning each day and was just constant drilling you could hear while trying to sleep or trying to hang out by the pool. Two, there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm at best. Other that that, great proximity to the beach. Good amenities and beach chairs provided. We just wish we’d had a heads up regarding the constant construction.

Overall our stay was good, but experienced some disappointment. First, the host was good and responded promptly when I had a question. The condo was clean and came supplied with most things you would need like shower items, towels and kitchen cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, the balcony was not usable due to exterior maintenance in the building. The host did mention that was a possibility. The maintenance crew starts early, so sleeping was not an option. The primary issues we had were with the building itself. First, the photo used to advertise is misleading. The building pictured is not where you will be staying. In fact the photo is from the building. So if you think you’re staying on the beach, you’re not. Second, the staff at the front desk is not helpful. If you walk over from the beach, you need to use the back pool gate entrance, but when we got asked to do that, and walked all the way around, the key FOB didn’t work. Then had to walk all the way around again. Had this place been located on the beach and staff more helpful, I would probably give it five stars.

The condo was nice and as described, for the most part. There could have been more transparency about the ongoing building construction. We were awakened around 830am by extremely loud drilling right outside the bedroom window on the first morning. Although the beds were pretty comfortable, new pillows are desperately needed in the guest rooms. We purchased new pillows during our stay because the ones provided were super flat and/or heavily stained. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and restaurants and the front desk attendant of the building was really nice. The saltwater pool was amazing as well!

It was a nice place to come back to after a long, hot day in Miami. It was a convenient spot near the beach and the mall, the place was beautiful, clean, and the beds were soft. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Fun family time at the beach

The listing photo of the tall building by the beach is a bit misleading—it’s actually the view from the apartment, not the building you’ll be staying in. That said, the photos of the apartment’s views are spot-on, and the place itself was impressively clean. Beach towels are conveniently stored in the closet of the bedroom with two queen beds. One small downside: there’s no frying pan, so cooking pancakes or eggs isn’t an option.The beach is just a short walk away, and you’ll find everything you need—chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler bag—tucked away in the hallway closet.Be aware that there’s ongoing construction in the building, possibly window replacements. It gets quite noisy during the day, making it tough to sleep in. We tried drying our swimsuits on the balcony, but they picked up dust and debris from the work and needed hand-washing. The balcony was pretty much unusable due to the mess. It’s likely temporary, but something to keep in mind for now.

Great condo

Sergio is a great host. He was on point with communication. The condo met our needs perfectly. We traveled with our young adult sons and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. If I could change 2 things, I would put mats in front of the doors to catch some of the dirt and debris and lastly, I would love to see a fan in the bedroom. I’m a warm sleeper and it was pretty stuffy in the master bedroom.

Short vacation prior to cruising

Property was in an excellent location short walk across street to the beach. Disappointed in the third bedroom no window and extremely small. The other space was excellent. Very limited in supplies tabs for dishwasher, towels and pot scrubbers. Pictures did not reflect the small bedroom. Host was efficient in sending someone to fix the couch.

Nice, quiet, and clean location

This was nice place for our family of 5, accommodated us all very well and had plenty of room to spread out. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Only complaints are that we wish the balcony door locked and there was an entry rug to keep the dirt contained there, cause I swept more than I wanted.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked, and balcony views were nice. Close proximity to the beach and pool, and we found nice restaurants nearby. The owner quickly answered the questions I had before the trip.Check-in clerk didn’t give much info. Also, the unit needs more magnet chips (which get you into the pool area, back elevator, etc.) It could also use one or two more beach chairs) I would rent here again!

The picture on VRBO is of the property across the street. It is the view from the complex. It needs to be clear in the add. I thought I was going to a gulf front unit only to find it is across the street and behind a park. The complex is older. The unit is clean and undated. We will not aytay here again. The

Great location in Sunny Shores

We stayed here to catch a Dolphins game. It was a nice easy ride to the game. The place was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach. Sergio was available and very helpful.
