"We were informed upon arrival there would be an additional daily fee of 135 plus tax that was not disclosed.The listing stated there were no additional fees.This property seems to be known to the front desk staff as a problem unit.We attempted to contact the owner but got no reply.The room is in poor shape. The plumbing has problems. The toilet barely flushes. There is a sign over toilet stating not to flush toilet paper. Not very hygienic. Also there are no extra trash bags for the trash can...

"Host was responsive, beds comfortable. Fantastic view and location. The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. "

"The location is amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, highway. However, pictures of the property are far different from the reality. The vents are full of dust that hasn't been cleaned in years, if not decades. The bathrooms... showers with cracked tiles. We stayed in the unit on the first floor and litteraly had water running down the walls from the upstairs. In addition, the smell of a sewage was quiet unpleasant to say the least. "Incrível a estadia, todos os funcionários muito bem preparados para atender, infraestrutura impecável, mesmo nos dias em que o hotel estava mais cheio foi tudo muito tranquilo e rápido em todas as etapas. O quarto tinha vista para a cidade, mas era uma ótima visão, muito bom. A praia super organizada, tranquila, muitas cadeiras disponíveis tanto na praia quanto na piscina. Impecável!!! Não se esqueçam de dar uma passada no SPA / Academia, equipamentos de primeira, área bem reservada, bem estruturada (principalmente para aqueles que buscam alternativas boas fora de casa)"
