"The place was super unique, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood cats were also adorable."

"This was a great place to stay. Quiet end of Miami beach with great access to the beach. Both residences were very clean and the courtyard pool was so fun and convenient. Easy to get to the rest of Miami beach, shops, and restaurants. This is perfect for multiple families."

"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"A lovely oasis in the bustle of LiHa and Miami. I was there alone and it was the perfect spot to get away after a long day of planning my daughter's beach wedding. Check in was simple and well explained and communication with Sergio and family was almost instantaneous. They were very responsive and helpful."

"Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!"

"The place is decent for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room is very compact, suitable for a single person but a bit cramped for a couple. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, and outside light enters through the bathroom window at night and reflects through the bathroom door, making the room too bright for comfortable sleep. We also noticed a couple of bugs on the bedsheet and in the bathroom. The outdoor area has plenty of greenery, but the plants and trees are...

"Little Havana is nearby! Pleasent stay very nice would stay again."

"The location is great because you are walking distance to bars, restaurants and stores. Layout was different from listing but still able to hold my friends and I. Host was accommodating and that is greatly appreciated."

"Very Nice roomy place! Exceeded our expectations! Stayed for just one night before leaving for Cruise. Fast ride to the ports!"

"Everything was ideal! My family enjoyed the unit and will definitely come back again."

"Zen area to stay, the house itself is very accommodating for those last minute “oops I forgot something moments”. Location location location. So many great family centric finds nearby including yummy bites & museums for days. High 5 to this property! As for the natural greenery outside along the hot tub, chefs kiss!"

"The home's location is perfect, with close proximity to shopping and Metro. The home is nicely appointed and comfortable. My family had everything we needed during our stay! Communication was excellent, which is such a plus these days with so many AI-driven properties that are hard to communicate with in real time. Great stay, recommended!"

"Great location. Spacious and clean. Only complaint is the shower water pressure."
