"The 2nd "room" is the basement and the stairs are a narrow spiral staircase. The host told us about it but stairs were much marrower than expected. Also, the upstairs bathroom didnt drain well so we out a cap to hold the drain up and had to kill one spider and one cockroach. Upon arrival there were some ants by the kitchen wall."

"Very nice studio in a beautiful building and in a quiet neighborhood. With easy access to subway, groceries and restaurant. The view of the Eiffel tower from the studio window is really incredible. We had a very good stay there."

"Great location just about a block from L'Arc de Triomphe. The place is very spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Easy access to the Metro and good restaurants nearby. Check in process was a bit odd with key pickup at a nearby laundromat, but everything went smoothly. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again."

"Only book if you are okay with having no windows and being on the ground floor with the possibility of people looking into the room you are staying. The apartment is one of those arrangements with remote hosting and was previously as a store. There are no windows, so the air become stale and mouldy very easily. The air conditioning is a must all the time, otherwise the whole place gets damp. Despite having a full kitchen and a hot tub, they are not useable because if one cooks everything smells...
