"The resort is old and needs upkeep. There is no microwave or mini refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning is very loud. Location is good. I stayed in a downstairs unit and sound transmission from the upstairs unit is terrible."

Check-in was a bit different but not abnormal. We were just messaged a room # and door code. That left a few questions about things like wifi passwords and where to find ice. "The HOT TUB wAS NOT WORKING. - A BIT DISSAPOINTING AS that was one of the reasons to book this . the staff and hotel were very courteous. shout out to the staff who returned my Gold chain which my daughter had left during check out - the lodge should reward the staff for honesty and appreciation - and doing the right thing. great location too -"
