"The room was clean & spacious. Adequately stocked with towels, linens, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper…everything you need from home. AC worked fine, bed was comfortable and the room had a blackout drape. Location was close to a Target and there were no complaints. "

"My first room waa completely unacceptable. The door would not lock. Bathroom tiles were cracked wirh evidence of mold and unrepaired water damage. Tub had rust ring. Commode lid was broken. Bed was rock hard. Staff agreed to allow me to move. The next room was better, but needed a remodel. Outside noises were loud and made sleeping/resting difficult. "

"Manager is rude and cant take complaints. Room has clogged drain, no towels, lamp was not working and stains in the bed. She went crazy when we complained, a personnlike this cannot eork in custumer services. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life and I spend half of my year traveling. I will never try a Candlewood again"

"O Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento é muito gentil e profissional. Os quartos são amplos, embora o banheiro de onde ficamos pudesse ter sido reformado e ter mais agua saindo do chuveiro. O café da manhã foi o ponto fraco, não tendo muitas opções. Fora isso, o hotel é adequado. "

"Noise was an issue, first night there was a fire sprinkler rattling very loud all night. Manager took of is and moved our room with accommodations. Next room had a strong fumey order from AC unit which in both rooms was excessively loud. A manger cam out to pool area and spent effort to make certain all the chairs were facing correctly, however he overlook or ignored the two 2'x2' boxes cause containing lunches of chicken which were overturned and chicken was laying poolside for hours. Gross....

"The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica) "
