"Each time we stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel, the rooms are neat and clean! We love that 3 adult beverages are offered at no charge with each night you stay as well as breakfast from 6am to 9:30 during the week (weekend hours are 7am to 10am) and even dinner from 5-7pm. The dinners that were served during our recent stay were both wonderful (pasta w/a creamy tomato sauce and grilled chicken (the chicken was so so so good OMG..tender, and flavorful) and salad, and the next evening they served...

"The front desk clerk. i forgot his name he was so personable. We loved it here we got two rooms they are a little cold when you walk in but it was welcomed in the Texas heat and humidity.. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay with this brand again."

"After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone. They said they'd report it to maintenance. Despite complaints, the phone was never fixed during our 3 day stay which meant...
