Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to everything in Las Cruces.However, when we arrived at property and found house had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, sheets not clean and damp towels on the floor. Contacted owner and he responded about 30 hours later. "This is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in. It's located two blocks from the plaza of old Mesilla, is very easy to find, and has dedicated parking for two vehicles. Inside is a single large room with a queen bed, a full sitting area, a dining table that seats four, and a full kitchen with a coffemaker AND coffee. The bathroom is comfortable and there's a little washer-dryer to round it out. AND, we were taking notes on the decor! Cute, convenient and VERY comfortable."
