Recently renovated tiny home with a loft-style bedroom. Many unique features will greet you in this very unusual space for Las Cruces. Downstairs there is a living room with a queen pull-out couch and a renovated kitchen that has everything you will need except an oven. Full 4 burner cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, and an eating bar. There is a small desk area for working, a shower bath (which is downstairs ), and a wonderful small outdoor space.

We offer guests all you will need for a quick breakfast! Gourmet local NM coffee (it`s addictive, and yes, we sell it) English muffins, and fresh farm eggs from Padma`s very happy chickens!

Guests are only 8 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 50 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests are also only a walk to downtown where they can enjoy the famous Las Cruces farmers market on a Saturday morning.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

Check in is contactless with a lockbox.

This unit is in the heart of downtown Las Cruces. Close to the Main street and the farmer`s market, grocery stores, and and many great restaurants, check out our guidebook for recommendations

Las Cruces is a driving town, you will need a car, but we do have Uber and lyft.

The bedroom in this unit is upstairs and the stairs are a bit steep and the bathroom is downstairs.
Please be aware that your outdoor space is very close to the neighbor, we ask that you keep it down after 10. When you leave, if you would do the dishes, leave the trash for us to do, and shoot us a quick message that you are out, we would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
