In particular Visi, the front of house manager, was very accommodating, after we were unable to book the restaurant, going above & beyond to ensure our NYE was the best experience we’ve ever had. "We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. "

"We had a very friendly welcome and after that the staff were always smiling and helpful. The room was lovely, looking out onto the courtyard, and clean. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working (we were offered a different room but declined as we'd already unpacked) and handrails in the bath would have been helpful but we managed. "Hotel in posizione strategica a pochi passi da Colchester, parcheggio dietro la struttura. Mi hanno contattato subito dopo la prenotazione per darmi tutte le informazioni via whatsapp, gentilissimi e attenti. La camera pulita. Potrebbe risultare piccola per chi è alto e robusto, soprattutto se in coppia ma all'interno è presente davvero tutto. "

"The Hotel staff were very friendly on arrival, Danny made us very welcome. The room was clean, very cosy and well equipped. We enjoyed our continental breakfast with lots of choice. We also booked a meal at the Basca Indian restaurant next door on recommendation and the food was delicious! The hotel is situated right in the middle of Colchester so the shops were in easy walking distance, as was the castle and art galleries. We really enjoyed our short stay and will be back for another visit in...
