"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...

The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. "We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. "We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!"

"Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. "
