Our Waterfront Stateroom, a 3-bedroom unit with modern furnishings, offers an expansive open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Sleep comfortably in a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other rooms. The north-facing glass balcony provides unparalleled views of the canal, rocket launches, and dolphin sightings. A washer/dryer and a queen sleeper sofa add to the convenience.

The Space:
Step inside our spacious and tastefully decorated condo, boasting modern amenities and breathtaking views. The open concept living area features ample seating for your entire group, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Prepare mouthwatering meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or take them al fresco on the private balcony overlooking the marina.

The master bedroom is a true oasis, offering a plush king-sized bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, each boasting comfortable queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower.

Not only does our condo provide a comfortable and stylish interior, it also offers a range of resort-like amenities. Take a dip in the inviting pool or soak up the sun on the spacious deck. Stay active during your stay with a workout in the fully equipped gym. For those seeking aquatic adventures, the marina offers convenient boat rentals, allowing you to explore the stunning coastline at your own pace.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
