The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ideal for additional guests. The living area includes a pull-out sofa, accommodating extra sleeping arrangements. Both full bathrooms are well-appointed, offering convenience and privacy. Step outside onto the front porch to relax and enjoy the ambiance, or head up to the top deck to take in breathtaking views of the marina, sunrises, sunsets, and even rocket launches. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Enjoy meals at the dining table with views of the water.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire floating home, including both bedrooms with their comfortable king and queen beds, the two full bathrooms, and the living area with a pull-out sofa. Step outside onto the front porch for relaxation or head up to the top deck to enjoy the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator, is also at your disposal. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the free parking on the premises. Please note that access to the gym, hot tub, sauna, and water sports facilities are available at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside the floating home. We are happy to welcome families. Guests have access to the gym, hot tub, sauna, and water sports facilities at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina. Please be aware that this is a floating home and some movement may be felt. We appreciate you treating our home with respect and leaving it in a tidy condition upon departure. Enjoy your stay!
