Casas de Campo em Merrimack Valley,

"Welcome letter to cottage is rude! Nice little cottage. That’s about it! No instructions on checkout at all! Location is great! Highly recommend the Taco Time restaurant though in town!"

"Wonderful property - we stayed here to visit our nearby family and attend opening day of the Deerfield fair. The property is immaculately maintained and the host responsive. We’ll be back!"

"The cottage was perfect for the night. Cozy space and very clean. The instructions and house book were very clear. We had a great time."

"Great place to stay, host was very responsive and friendly. Property was clean, really well set up and would go back!"

"Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Cottages and feel as though we found such a GEM of a place. We definitely hope to come back! It was absolutely perfect for us and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We appreciated the kitchenette to cook in. The outside sitting area was so perfect! We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!"

"So many spooktacular details. Loved the decor and wall paper. Coffee was Nespresso, I drank coffee, listened to records and read about Wicked Salem: legends and lore. It’s a witchy paradise!"

"“Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it."

"Good facilities, clean and tidy, lovely decor. Good location."

"These cottages are close to town, most things within walking distance."

"A vintage cottage in a wooded setting with little trails close by along a stream. Cottage very clean and well-equipped, old vintage cottage furniture and tchotchkes. Lovely quiet place to return to after a long day of exploration and visits. We recommended a few fixes but nothing that would keep us from visiting again."

"Nice quiet get away spot but close to fun opportunities!"

"My sister and I stayed here for one night after a great Foliage Train Ride in Meredith. The property was perfectly decorated for Halloween and when we got to the cottage, we were extremely impressed. The little kitchen /breakfast nook was adorable, spotlessly clean from top to bottom, the bathroom, like Mr Clean was in there himself. The beds were really comfy, awesome mattresses. Outside are your own little sitting area with personal firepits and privacy. It’s like cottages in a camping...

"Loved our stay"

"Cute cottage, convenient to town."

"This was a wonderful place to stay! We definitely plan to return. One of the best!!!"

"The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall."
