"The house and property are a perfect getaway. There were nice added touches such as snacks, coffee and pretty much anything you needed. It was very clean and would highly recommend it. The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of linens as well as outdoor furniture. It is in a safe neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. It is only a few miles from the bicycle trail. We will be planning our next stay here. I cant say enough good things about this place."

"We stayed for two night to view the total solar eclipse. The set up is a little different than other rentals, but the description is very accurate. Also the owner communicated with us on what to expect and what to bring. We were prepared and had a great time. We loved walking on the property, around the lake and up to the bridge. The owner was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We watched the solar eclipse from the patio and it was awesome."

"My wife, her parents, and our three year old son recently stayed at the Mid-West Getaway. We were in Niles for a funeral and found this GEM right in town. The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here...

"We were in town for the wedding of my son. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was spacious enough for six adults. The basement bathroom made our stay much easier with so many getting ready every day. The house was very clean and nicely decorated . The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I highly recommend!!!"
