"A very nice stay in this upstairs apartment (know that the stairs are steep, but this was not an issue for us). "My husband and I recently adopted a young man with Down syndrome who lost his only parent. We just passed the one year anniversary of her passing and it really triggered some profound grief in this beautiful boy and we were desperate for some healing and reprieve. This location was positively magic. Every detail was thoughtful and beyond beautiful. The property owner was delightful and helpful. The cabin itself breathtaking and gosh the property and fresh air and moving water. All magnificent....

"We stayed for two night to view the total solar eclipse. The set up is a little different than other rentals, but the description is very accurate. Also the owner communicated with us on what to expect and what to bring. We were prepared and had a great time. We loved walking on the property, around the lake and up to the bridge. The owner was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We watched the solar eclipse from the patio and it was awesome."
