Keep walking a few more minutes and you will stumble upon `Overton square,` one of Memphis` most happening areas with a host of other restaurants and bars and `Lafayette`s` which has some of the best live music almost every night of the week!



Head downtown the other direction in a short uber ($9) and you`ll find yourself engulfed in Memphis` blues scene on the famous Beale street.

Uber or Lyft is readily available and by far the easiest option. Although you are so close to so many entertainment and restaurant options that the many bikes and scooters scattered around town for rent can be a great, fun option as well.
