The home is equipped with two Smart TVs, allowing guests to stream their favorite shows and movies or catch up on the news from the comfort of the living room. Laundry located in the home. This home has a completely private and gated parking area and backyard. Exterior security cameras cover the entire exterior of the property.

PETS ARE ACCEPTED with an additional Pet Fee. $175 pet fee. Must NOT leave pets unattended in house (please kennel). Must pick up after pets in yard. Minimum of $25.00 fee assessed if pet waste is not disposed of.

NO PARTIES ON THE PREMISES. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CONTACTED.

NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. MINIMUM OF $500 CHARGE IF ANY EVIDENCE OF A PARTY.

DO NOT TAPE / NAIL / HANG ANYTHING ON THE WALLS, TRIM ETC. FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF DAMAGE IS DONE.

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE.
No smoking on the premises, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No taping or hanging things on the walls, doors, etc. If you bring a pet, do not leave them unattended in the home. They will need to be kenneled. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. If you are looking for a party house this is not the location for you. Minimum fine of $500.00 if there is any indication that there was a party. PUT OUT FIRE IN FIREPIT AFTER USING / DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED.
