When you arrive, you will find a large, gated property perfect for securely parking with space for multiple cars. As you enter the front door, you will immediately notice how spacious the home truly is, boasting of 3,800 square feet with 10-foot ceilings filled with natural sunlight. The entry room holds a pool table with an option to switch to table tennis. This entry game room opens to the primary game room, including two foosball tables, skiball, and two different arcade game stations, providing your family and friends with endless entertainment!

Upstairs, you can wake up to a fully stocked coffee bar offering a variety of convenient tea or Keurig options. The full-sized chef’s kitchen catches your eye. Stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen invites you to whip up a gourmet meal or simply enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen’s spacious design, complete with ample counter space, makes it a pleasure to cook or entertain.

Moving from the kitchen, you’ll enter the living area. Sunlight pours in through large windows, illuminating the natural light-filled space. Relax here after a long day, perhaps with a book from the thoughtfully curated selection, or catch up on your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV.

You will feel right at home with 8 beds across 4 uniquely designed bedrooms with fresh linens, providing plenty of space to spread out and relax during your stay. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom is located off the entry way game room, equipped with a full-size murphy bed, seating area, and functioning antique piano. The second downstairs bedroom is the ideal kids’ room, holding two twin-over-full sized bunk beds and a Nintendo Wii gaming station stocked with over 15 games. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is the master room and a true retreat. The king-sized bed, draped in luxury linens promises restful nights, while the cozy reading nook invites you to curl up with a good book. There’s plenty of storage here too, ensuring you have space for all your belongings. The fourth bedroom is just as inviting. Bright and airy, it features a trundle daybed that easily sleeps two. A foldout loveseat provides extra seating or sleeping space for guests if needed. The desk area is perfect for working from home. The downstairs game room also serves as the 5th bedroom if needed, equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa. Additional mattresses are available on the property for extra guests.
