"They were very friendly and flexible for the late check out and we greatly appreciated the upgrade of the room. We all really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend"

"Tudo perfeito"

"Great hotel, customer service A++ from checking in with Ali to the lovely Hospitality from Elizabeth, The entire staff made us all feel at home. The rooms are amazing and the views are stellar. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and breakfast.... yummy!! A mix of special order and mainstay buffet items and the fresh fruit and homemade bread ... yummy, my favorite was the avocado toast with poached egg! Delish!"

"Not enough clean, also noisy. Windows very derty from outsiide."

"I had a very long layover and I stayed here and I loved it. The space was clean and it was big enough to hold two people comfortably. I definitely recommend it if you have a long layover or just want to freshen up."

"Staff were exceptional & even upgraded my room! Beautiful view with great pools and beach access. The bed was super comfortable & wish I could of stayed longer."

"Lovely, relaxing stay. Staff were outstanding - extremely friendly and helpful. Brilliant location. Great pool and beach front."

"This is one the worst hotels that I have ever experienced. The crazy receptionists retained my passport and didn’t want give me back. To have it back, I should pay a “guarantee”or give them another ID. Even the manager insisted in this crazy rule that is not mentioned in any part of the contract. Almost have had to call the police or the Brazilian embassy. Detail is my reservation was completely paid in advance "

"Good"
