"Great hotel, customer service A++ from checking in with Ali to the lovely Hospitality from Elizabeth,
The entire staff made us all feel at home. The rooms are amazing and the views are stellar.
I would definitely stay here again. Oh and breakfast.... yummy!! A mix of special order and mainstay buffet items and the fresh fruit and homemade bread ... yummy, my favorite was the avocado toast with poached egg! Delish!"

"This is one the worst hotels that I have ever experienced. The crazy receptionists retained my passport and didn’t want give me back. To have it back, I should pay a “guarantee”or give them another ID. Even the manager insisted in this crazy rule that is not mentioned in any part of the contract. Almost have had to call the police or the Brazilian embassy. Detail is my reservation was completely paid in advance "

"The hotel feels like a scammer. The number they have on Google is out of service and the map location takes you to a wrong direction. When I found the hotel they told me they are fully booked although I already made and fully paid my room on Expedia. They solution the gave me is to sleep in a very dirty store room when I have paid 80$ for the room. I had a fight with them and I forced them to give me back my money IN CASH"
