"Do not let the old/outdated look of this place fool you! This was an excellent place to spend the night at. We stayed for 2 nights and this place was perfect! Also, the receptionist was the reason why this place got a 5 star rating from us. We bothered her for no reason at all over a set of mislabeled bathtub faucets, and she was all smiles around, never once showed any attitudes for being pulled out of her cozy office on a cold evening. We would stay here again because of her hospitality. ...

"I stayed at this Days Inn property expecting a standard hotel experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The building appears to be a very run-down property from the 1970s, and the condition of the room reflected that. The room itself was extremely small and in poor condition. While the shower did at least have hot water, that was about the only positive. There was a large, dirty hole where the shower head came out of the wall, and the shower curtain was paper-thin. "So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????"
