"The $5 breakfast wasn't ready until after 6:30AM. We were told breakfast was to be ready at 6AM. The front desk clerk pitched becoming a member, but when I asked if we could check out later if we became members, she told me only after 10 stays. What a terrible business model."

There was a kitchen with stove top, microwave and full size refrigerator but no silverware, cups, bowls, plates, skillets or pans, or any other utensils. We had to buy paper items to use so did not bother cooking anything. We were told they would sell use basic items to use in the kitchen-why would I want that? They said too many people were stealing those items-wouldn't they just add that to the bill-I had to leave a credit card number on file...

"I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which I ultimately was unable to use. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. The staff was not particularly helpful when I inquired about a refund for an extra room that I did not use, despite only staying one night. "Conveniently close to I-80 and a couple places to eat, so a great choice for travelers. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean. Nearby buildings are a bit shoddy, but that has no effect on our stay."

"The room and stay were very nice. The carpet in our room (307) was torn in front of the cabinests near the bathroom and whoever patched the wall just inside the bathroom door needs a LOT of training. Neither of thos adversely affected our overall positive opinion of the stay."

"Do not let the old/outdated look of this place fool you! This was an excellent place to spend the night at. We stayed for 2 nights and this place was perfect! Also, the receptionist was the reason why this place got a 5 star rating from us. We bothered her for no reason at all over a set of mislabeled bathtub faucets, and she was all smiles around, never once showed any attitudes for being pulled out of her cozy office on a cold evening. We would stay here again because of her hospitality. ...

"The room had not been cleaned. When I told the desk clerk, and showed him the picture I had taken, his response was that he would let "them" know in the morning--no apology or offer to find a room that had been cleaned. The toilet seat and bathroom floor were dirty. There was even an empty toilet roll on the floor."

"So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????"
