"Clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable and a superior location will best describe this VRBO. The property, which offers off-street parking, is only a short walk to a vibrant downtown with many restaurants and shops. For personal needs, CVS and Walgreens are a five-minute walk. The newly renovated town library is within walking distance, where you can pick up discount coupons to Boston and local museums and places of interest. "This VRBO offers a beautiful Victorian home and a lot of space to spread out and relax. With five bedrooms, large dining area, living room, roomy kitchen, large deck, and a cozy front porch, we--(seven adults and three young children) had enough space to either socialize or disappear within for some quiet time. The kitchen is well-outfitted, fully applianced and has everything needed to create a feast. The house is fully air conditioned and comfortable (for several days we experienced 90 weather...

"Everything was wonderful . The only suggestion would be to have a couple larger pans for cooking "

"We went to a concert at TD Gardens and this place was perfect for 2 couples in close proximity!"

"The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for 8 people. There is a Target only 3 minutes away, and loads of small restaurants within walking distance. My family and I were very pleased with the house. Thank you for the positive experience!"

"Clean, comfortable house with plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location near a bus stop and the commuter train made it easy to go into Boston. It was also easy to drive to nearby sites like the Minute Man State Park and Marblehead. Karen communicated clearly and was available during our stay if we needed her."

"House was in a great location and convenient for getting to and from Boston. There were a few things that caused me not to leave a 5 star rating. One was there was a dead mouse under kitchen sink. Several of the dishes were dirty from previous tenants and dishwasher was broken and held together with twist ties. There were 2 windows that didn’t close completely causing bad drafts when windy outside. Other than that the house was beautiful and stay was great. "
