- To access, you will need to retrieve the keys from a different location about 3 min walking from the building's entrance (270 meters). Please keep this in mind while checking in. Due to Council regulations, lockboxes aren't longer permitted around the CBD and Southbank area, please keep this in mind before booking.

Key Collection: Check-in is from 3PM. You will collect your keys from a nearby key concierge service. If you plan to arrive later than 6PM, it is crucial to let us know in advance so the keys can be placed in the collection box and we can share the details with you.

Key Drop Off: If you are checking out prior to 9AM (when the concierge opens) please let us know in advance so we can provide you with details for returning the keys.
