**The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay. **Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay. Minimum of 2-nights pool heating must be paid. The pool heats up to 30 degrees with the gas heating, this is not the same as spa temperatures, and guests should not expect the pool to feel like a spa. Please note, the pool is otherwise solar-heated, which depends on sunny weather for optimal warmth.
Key Collecting: Please note that collecting keys after hours isn't possible anymore. Security will be closed by 7:00 pm, but it will cater up until 6:45 pm. Please let us know in advance if you'll be arriving later than 7:00 pm.

Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties. 2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 16. 3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
