It provides a private courtyard, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 3 Queen-sized beds and 2 separate triple bunk beds. Each bedroom features an Air Conditioner, accommodating up to 10 guests.
You'll be provided with all the essentials: bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, TV, fridge, hot water kettle, cooking basis, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a highchair and more.
Ground Floor:
The open kitchen, living and dining space is spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. A separate toilet is on the ground floor as well. The laundry room is next to the staircase.
First Floor/Upstairs:
Ā· The master bedroom features walk-in robe, A/C and a fully equipped ensuite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a integrated basin.
Ā· The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, a built-in wardrobe.
Ā· The third bedroom (lounge room) features a Queen size bed.
Ā· The fourth bedroom has two lovely trio bunk beds, it comfortably sleeps two underneath and one on top.

Our modern and lovely home is very close to Doncaster Westfield shopping center, a one-stop hub for shopping, fun & relaxation. There is a shortcut to Westfield Shopping Center through a gate between unit 2 and 3 (the key for lock provided).

* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 9.30 pm and before 8 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability upon request and an additional charge of $20 per hour fee applied.
* Parking is available on the street in front of the property, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guestās age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
