HOUSE RULES:



NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.



Trash: All trash must be in a bag and placed in the bin outside up front by the garage door. Failing to do so will result in a $100

from the HOA that the guest will have to pay.



No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.



Pets welcome with deposit, extra fees apply for any damage caused by pets.





Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am daily.



HOT TUB RULES

• Must have an adult over the age of 21 supervising children at all times IN THE POOL AND HOT TUB. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Enter at your own risk.

• No glass in or around hot tub

• Consult your physician before entering hot tub



Smart lock self check in



We are reachable for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We will reach out to you a couple days after check in. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Many answers can be found in our digital welcome guide however if you cannot find the answer to your questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
