The Space:

This oceanfront downstairs duplex, one of two units available for guest stays, features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals during your visit. Enjoy dining at the indoor table or step outside to eat while taking in the ocean breeze. A second kitchenette off the game room offers ample counter space for snacks and appetizers while you relax and enjoy the arcade games or a game of billiards.



There are two spacious living rooms, both with large sectionals and big screen TVs, providing plenty of room for movie nights. The game room includes darts, billiards, arcade style games, and a large sectional sofa. A half bath is conveniently located just off the game room.



The home offers four spacious bedrooms, three with en suite bathrooms. The updated bathrooms provide a refreshing space to unwind after a day in the sun. Each bedroom features a big screen TV and generous closet space, and two bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.



Just outside the back door, the turquoise waters of Melbourne Beach await. Step onto the large paver patio with your morning coffee and take in the sunrise, or enjoy a rocket launch from your front row view. Guests can walk across the private shared deck and down the steps to the beach. The property also includes a large driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.



This property is a duplex with two separate guest units. When booking the downstairs unit, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs space, including the game room. The beach deck and boardwalk are shared between both units. Guests of the downstairs unit do not have access to the upstairs balconies. There is no interior connection between the units, and all access is through exterior doors with personalized codes for each reservation.

Other Things to Note:

This listing is for a duplex, which is half the home, it is not to book the whole home. During your stay, you might share the outdoor space, beach access, beach deck and beach with other guests. However, only assigned guests have access to their specific duplex units. The upstairs patio is exclusively for guests renting the upstairs duplex, while the game room is accessible only to those renting the downstairs duplex or the entire property.
