"A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return."

"Apparently, this is where An Officer and a Gentleman was filmed. The hotel has seen better days and needs some maintenance. The waterfront is in poor repair, as is the exterior. My door showed light all the way around the door frame and had no interior deadbolt or latch. The ice machine was out of service. My room was one room that had been divided into two and was pretty cramped. That said, the room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the towels were the best! Staff...

Next door is a small market with great fruit and vegetables as well as a good beer and wine selection. The shower kinda sucks and the bed isn't something I would want to sleep on for a week."

"We book here because they had a cafe’. The cafe’ was closed. No staff available while we were there. No AC, the screen door was broken. No closet, just a coat rack. Hangers would have been helpful. The bed needed a new mattress. Very small TV. Overgrown vegetation. This place could be a gem, but it needs attention. On a scale of 1-10. I give a 3"

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...
