This beautiful new villa is located near Medulin. The villa is located in the village Ševe. Ševe is only 5 minutes from the center of Pula and 5 minutes from the center of Medulin. The property is in a beautiful, quiet location allowing for complete peace and privacy. Outside you will find a beautiful walled and gated garden with a nice fine pool. Barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area are at your disposal. On the veranda there is some nice lounge furniture for a morning coup coffee. The interiors were beautifully decorated and are flooded with light to the garden / pool area. On one floor is the living room with couch, the kitchen with dining area, as well as the bathroom and a bedroom. It is ideal for small children or elderly people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
