Villa Ivona is located in Medulin, a town in the south of Istria near Pula. This villa has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is ideal for a couple's vacation. You will probably want to spend your stay in the villa in the spacious garden full of greenery, and you can also bring your pet, which will surely enjoy the garden.



On the ground floor of the villa, there is an air-conditioned kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals on vacation, and you can also use smaller household appliances such as the toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. There is also a sofa that can be pulled out if you need extra space and a Smart TV is also available. There is a dining table in the adjoining room.



The bedroom has a bed for 2 people and a cot is available on request. There is also a wardrobe in the bedroom where you can store your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toiletries and there is a washing machine and a drying rack in the villa.



The courtyard of the villa is 780 m² and is an excellent place to enjoy the outdoors. The courtyard is full of greenery, making it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a table with chairs and a parasol as well as some lounge furniture at your disposal. And if you want to prepare a meal outside, there is also a charcoal grill with the necessary accessories.



The location of the villa is excellent for exploring the very south of Istria. A short drive will take you to Pula, where you can explore its many monuments and buildings dating back to the Roman Empire. A little further from Pula is Fažana, a charming Istrian village from where you can organize a trip to the Brijuni National Park. While you're at the villa, don't miss a visit to Premantura and Cape Kamenjak to explore the south of Istria, which offers rich nature and beautiful beaches.
