The beautiful Villa Aavaas is an exceptional villa in Premantura, located on the tip of the Istrian peninsula, a place known for beautiful beaches and one of the most popular places for sports enthusiasts. All rooms are located on the same floor, which makes the villa very practical for families. The way the villa has been furnished is a testament to quality and comfort, from the three stylishly decorated bedrooms with air conditioning to the high quality and carefully selected furniture in the living area and kitchen. From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful private pool, the outdoor dining area and the cozy lounge. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, large garden that offers shade and more than enough space for all 6 people.

A private motorboat for 8 people can be rented directly from the owners to explore the surrounding natural beauty.

Premantura is located on an elevated part of Cape Kamenjak - the sunniest part of Istria, whose 30 km long coastline offers a number of beaches, bays and islets ideal for families and sunbathing. Premantura is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is a popular vacation destination for all windsurfing and kayaking enthusiasts. Those looking for a more active vacation can also enjoy tennis, mini golf and a boules court. Cape Kamenjak is a nature reserve that offers beautiful views, crystal clear turquoise sea and 530 plant species, some of which are endemic. Building on the cape is prohibited and the best way to explore Kamenjak is by bike.

Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times.
