The Space:
Modern and comfort apartments are located just a few minutes from the famous beaches of Medulin. This illuminated two-bedroom apartment, with a total living area of 80 m2, located on the first floor, is ideal for a couple or a group of up to four people who wants to have a pleasant and peaceful vacation. Two balconies with a seating area are the perfect place where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the picturesque city.
This apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a large sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and a washing machine on request. A special benefit for our guests is the free use of the fitness center in Pula.
Each of our six apartments has one private parking for a normal size car, bigger vehicles are not allowed. This accommodation is thoughtfully designed for guests aged 7 years and above. You also have access to the shared pool, which is open from 25 May until 15 September.

The Neighborhood:
The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of the most developed places in Croatia and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing in the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets.
The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym, and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin, there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centers, horse centers…
There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak, a protected area with beautiful untouched nature and 30 kilometers of well-indented beaches.
