"We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect."

"Very nice room. Even though harder to clean, it could use a rug. Also a bathroom door-will be hard to keep bathroom warm in colder weather. Curtain for kitchen window."

"Such a great hotel with so much history! It has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. The hosts were friendly and inviting, sharing so much of the hotel's history with us. The hotel is clean and spacious, set in a prefect location. We were able to walk from the hotel to explore shops, restaurants, Lithia Park, and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!"
