"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended! Perfect location, very clean and comfortable hotel, and absolutely delicious food! We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Masjid Al Haram. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah!"

"A special thanks to Muhammad for his outstanding customer service. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made a big difference during my stay—he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect."

"The stay was generally amazing. But for families with smaller children a microwave in the room would go a long way. The staff from reception to housekeeping to luggage handlers were amazing."

"All checklist checked off, recommended to all and very convenient location just next to the Haram."

"I would have given a five star but one blunder by front desk uined it. We had two rooms booked, I went to drop one group to the airport. When I returned the roon was cleaned and some of our items were discarded while I was still holding the room cards for both rooms. My wife's medications, some snacks and drinks were discarded which was very disappoiting."
