"Cute house only 15 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of eating options and shops. About a 45 min drive to Ft Collins where we visited our CSU student. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. All amenities we needed were present- coffee maker (coffee!), hairdryer, board games. Alex was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs."

"This was a well organized home! The layout provided community space, a fully stocked kitchen, a powder rooms on the main floor. The bedrooms were built to have no shared walls to improve the privacy factor. The beds were comfortable and even the smallest room had plenty of space. The neighborhood was very quiet! This home felt new and very clean. This is a great option for a family or small group."

"Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add. "

Jennell responded to my initial question quickly and then gave me incredible suggestions when planning my visit for the best places to grab a sandwich or a great cup of coffee. It is rare these days for the pics to match the house exactly. But in this case, the pics didn't do the house justice. Check in was a breeze. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked.
