"We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10."

"We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—within a short walk of downtown Boulder, with all its great restaurants, shops, and trails (even though we didn’t walk, it was that close!). It was also an easy drive to both Rocky Mountain National Park and the Brainard Lake area, making it a great home base for outdoor adventures. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. It was well stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in really...

"This was our 2nd time staying at Clementine & Chris's place, and it won't be our last! We love everything about it! The proximity to Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor can't be beat. Clementine keeps her place immaculately clean and exceptionally stocked. There was the perfect amount of room for 2 adults, a 10 year old, and a 6 year old. We are already planning our next trip back! Thank you for having us again! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the geese, ducks (and saw a blue heron and fish as well), in the little water way to the lake. Clean house and owners were so responsive! Comfortable bed and the living room chairs were great! We give our highest possible rating. Loved it."

"We had a great stay at Susan's place for a week. The house was very clean and matched the description. The location was very convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. Multiple grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway, etc.) were a short drive away. We also found the location convenient to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Susan always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Very convient location in a great town. Appreciated the space and cleanliness of the home. Communication and response from the owner was great! "

"The condo had everything our family of 5 needed for an enjoyable stay during our visit to Boulder County and Denver. Quiet location within walking distance of Waneka Lake. The property was clean, allergen free (we have a cat allergy), and contained all amenities needed to accommodate our needs. We were very comfortable and would stay here again. "

"The condo was great, the property manager was very understanding when we couldn't get into the condo the day of arrival. We will definitly be staying again."

"We are so grateful for our stay. It was our home base while visiting family. It is a quick drive to NCAR and Chautauqua for hiking and exploring. There is a park a couple blocks away with a playground and large grassy area to play.When we were leaving, my kids were asking if we can stay there for our next visit. If it's available, we will request it.Thank you to our hosts including Judy the dog."

"In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Westminster. I come here every year and every year I love it again. The staff is super nice, especially Derek (front desk) and the cleaning girls and guy, and the hotel has everything you need!!! Gym, pool, restaurant, and a shopping mall/supermarket across the street. I highly recommend it!!!"
