"The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. "Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....
