"The stove top didn’t work. Kept getting charged for extra stuff I never wanted. Didn’t clean my room or give me towels when I asked. The room AC didn’t work properly. The breakfast was ok not great. I would definitely not go there again."

Staff promptly responded to concerns and were friendly. Telephone in one of the rooms with no cord to the wall. No remote in one of the rooms and then it did not control the volume. Had to get a second remote and use both for the TV."

Only thing my concern was the toilet that wobbly , not intact, i felt like its not attached to the floor. And no drinking water. So if u planning to stay with wingate. Make sure you have bottle water right before u go inside the room. Bcoz u dont wanna go in then want to go back out again just to get drinking water."
