"We had the best time staying here for our Kentucky Derby party! The property was exactly what we needed—clean, spacious, and perfect for hosting. The outdoor space and amenities made the whole experience even more fun for our group.The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. "This was a great cozy home with 3 equally sized rooms and a full bathroom. It's tucked up a dirt/gravel road and while I got up okay in my Nissan Sentra, I'd recommend a truck or something with decent ground clearance, especially if your staying during the rainy season. I was surprised to be immersed into wildlife! I was fortunate to enjoy a sea of fireflies, morning bunnies, and a family of deer at dusk. The host was friendly and communicative. I enjoyed my stay at this sweet home."

"The Canopy cabin was very clean and wonderful deco (excluding the furniture). The main bedroom had queen size bed, which seemed very small for a queen. I would prefer to have a TV in the main bed room. The couches and dinning chairs are not comfortable to sit on for all period of time. My recommendation would be to update with comfortable furniture. The outdoor furniture was great. It could use larger coffee cups. Future lesson learned - I'd recommend anyone who stays at these Canopy cabins stop...

"Once we got there it was a great trip, it is very new so gps was a little tricky, the people all around was so very nice. And if you forget anything they probably have it available. The place was very clean, and very spacious, loved the 3 king sized beds. And if you get a chance take the coalbankhollar.com tour, it was well worth every penny spent on that excursion. Would definitely go back if I get a chance! Thank you for such a nice place."

"The room was absolutely gorgeous, and clean. The hot tubb was nice. The hosts provide smores, We had a bon fire and loved how they had clean showers. Definitely a gorgeous view and I cant wait to spend my time out there once again. The hosts responds very quickly and was very informative of the area! "

"The just was very responsive and even assisted me in switching to a larger tent. Unfortunately, this property is not well maintained. You expect rustic when going to a campground, not when booking a ‘glamping tent’. Fire wood was not readily available, I was told to get my own from behind the dumpsters. We figured out the hot tub was turned off, after the alternate hot tub we were told to use smelled like something died near it. Even our coffee pot was full of mold. We did stay our night as I...
