The exterior boasts a hot tub, sauna, putting green, and outdoor dining. Inside, you'll love the open floor plan in the main living space, plus two additional large rec rooms with ample room for fun and games. With 6 bedrooms, Dragonfly sleeps 16 comfortably. The house is about a 3 minute drive to the slopes, pool, mountain coaster, and dining at Massanutten, and about 7 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 25 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 20-25 minutes of the house.

The home layout is as follows:

Main level:

- Living room with ample seating and working gas fireplace
- Dining area with space for 10 at the main table. Additional seating available right next to the table at the kitchen counter (2 stools) and at the table in the kitchen in the kitchen (6 seats)
- Newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and coffee bar area
- Upper deck featuring outdoor dining for 8 and conversation set, both overlooking the view
- BR1: Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaker tub, and steam shower
- BR2: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Lower level:

- Additional living room with big screen smart TV, massive sectional couch, electric fireplace, shuffleboard, and 3 arcade units with several games each
- Lower level deck with putting green and bar seating for 4
- BR3: King bedroom
- BR4: King bedroom
- Full bath that serves BR4 and BR5
- BR5: Two queen bedroom
- BR6: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed
- Jack-and-Jill bathroom between BR5 and BR6

Detached game room:
- What was once a garage has been fully converted to a game room, complete with pool table, foosball, poker table, TV, and beverage fridge
- Between the main house and the detached game room is the hot tub, barrel sauna, and gas grill (propane provided)

Other things to note:

- Dragonfly is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and the only mountain coaster in Virginia, Mountain Mayhem!
- The driveway can hold about 4-5 cars without double-parking. If you have more than that, a few more cars can be parked single-file down the driveway but will be blocking the main parking area at the top. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten if needed.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks.
- Four bedrooms, living room, rec room, and detached game room all feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services. We do not subscribe to cable.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options.
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a small per person fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provided.
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
