The outside was a little rougher than expected, deck furniture/rugs could use an update, and construction trash from next door was blowing onto the property (no fault of the owners!). "Lovely home! The house was great & very accommodating. The bed in the master room was very comfortable & I'm sure the others were as well. It's a 3 story house so if you're ok with stairs, then you'll be fine. The driveway door leads to the first floor & the front door leads to the 2nd story (which is great for those that can't do a lot of up & down steps). "Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of this home within Massanutten is also convenient. But the listing photos are either old, digitally enhanced, or both. The property is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean, to say the least. We were really disappointed to arrive and find that the property wasn’t nearly what was depicted in the photos, and definitely upset to have paid the rate that we did to stay here. There was so much to do right on the property and within the community that our kids were constantly entertained.
