Three bedrooms on main level 2 Queen and 1 King. 4th bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle, sleeps 2. 55in TV. Queen sleep sofa in game room. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway.

We Furnish : Luxury Sheets, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Hair dryers, Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Ninja blender, Panini maker, Mixer, Mixing bowls, Storage bowls, Counter top grill, Toaster, Insta Pot Slow cooker, Corning ware, Cook ware. Dinnerware and silver wear for 12. Serving dishes, Roasting Pan, Pizza Pan, Coffee maker and Keurig elite ( K cups not furnished.) 12 Spices. Hand soap, Cleaning supplies. HD Laundry detergent. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

We Do Not furnish bath towels, wash cloths or phone. Please bring a cell phone and bath towels.

Top deck has a three burner Weber gas grill with tank. Gas not provided .

MPOA owners pool pass for June July August, Free admission for our guest.
MPOA pass to Rec. and fitness center ( owners club ) for our guest. $15.00 per person per day.

Pet and Smoke Free Home ! You will lose your security deposit if you bring a animal into our home. Animal Cleaning Fee $300.00

We can not guarantee dates with out a rental agreement and a deposit Person signing rental agreement must be 25 years old. Rental agreement due back with in 7 days from booking to secure your rental dates. Once the balance is paid and the rental agreement is returned , we send you a key code and directions.

Flexible check in if approved by owner on rental agreement.

This home is a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA).governed by it's rules and regulations.
There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live there.Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guest enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quite hours 10:00 PM- 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time as judged by MPOA or it's assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, Va. 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
NO open fires.
No unattended fires.
No fire pit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Fire pits and grills may be restricted durning local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
Leash always required when outside.
TRASH
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports.
Trash attract wildlife, witch could endanger you and damage property.
