"Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of this home within Massanutten is also convenient. But the listing photos are either old, digitally enhanced, or both. The property is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean, to say the least. We were really disappointed to arrive and find that the property wasn’t nearly what was depicted in the photos, and definitely upset to have paid the rate that we did to stay here. "Lovely home! The house was great & very accommodating. The bed in the master room was very comfortable & I'm sure the others were as well. It's a 3 story house so if you're ok with stairs, then you'll be fine. "This is a wonderful property with great location and proximity to Shenandoah National Park. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owner was great to communicate with and the property is lively. The only complaint I have is that at the end of the stay you are asked to drive the garbage over 10mins away in the opposite direction you would be leaving and this is the last thing you want to do at the end of a vacation, but for us it didn’t take away from the 5 star rating. "Kitchen was fully equipped. Grandkids loved all the games and activities. You could enjoy just spending all day in the house if you didn't feel like venturing out. Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Host was very friendly and very quick to answer back for any questions we had. "
