"I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations.
I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night."

"Loved our stay, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central to Shasta/Burney and gave the feel of old world charm.
The only reason to give 4 star was that it would be great if there were light filtering drapes, the blind was letting too much light in making it hard to sleep after 6am, that's how I like 'dark' but rest of the stay was lovely."

"Overall great stay! Only complaint is the window coverings, they give you privacy but do not block the sunlight at all.
If you want to sleep past 8 am you should bring a sleep mask otherwise the room will be filled with light. A small investment in black out drapes would make a world of difference."

"The property was not like it looked. The bed was super uncomfortable and the AC didn’t work. I called to talk to the manager and someone answer and just kept saying you should have called, not sorry, nothing. The sheets were so itchy. I wouldn’t ever stay there again."
