"This place is a cozy, charming, clean, close to everything we wanted to see in Paducah place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host is very responsive and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again."

"We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. "We had a great stay! This was the perfect setup for a Kentucky Lake fishing trip. There was plenty of room for our boat and trailer, making parking and loading/unloading easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything we needed was there. The location was convenient to the lake, and the host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a fishing trip or a relaxing getaway."

"Very quiet place that is close to town but far enough away you don’t hear it. We came down to ride at Turkey bay and this home was perfect for my family. We had room to spare."

"The house was so clean and the host is exactly the kind of host that makes it so much easier and pleasant to plan a trip. The parking was not very easy for two trucks and boats, and the dock had no electricity so we ended up docking at the marina. But overall an excellent place to stay."
