"Three Bears Lodge was just perfect for a girlfriend getaway for two nights. The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare meals, the hot tub was super relaxing and the owner made himself available for any questions or issues. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga without the hustle and bustle. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again if the opportunity presented itself. There is a Keurig coffee machine available but remember to bring along...

"Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue."

"Rustic, authentic Adirondack Lake House with plenty of room for the family. Plenty of outdoor equipment including a great dock to fish off of. Indoors was cozy with plenty of warming options on chilly nights and rainy days. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. Multiple dining areas including a very nice sun porch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic lake house experience."

"Ok, so this was incredible! The house was exactly what we hoped it would be... an awesome vacation lake house! It was clean and the amenities we updated, but it still felt like being in the lake house my parents had when I was little. Wood finish everywhere. Brick fireplace (obviously unused, but cool to look at), 3 decks to watch the sun set over the water, fire pit and a brand new dock where we sat on beach chairs and just listened to the sound of the waves. The house was clean, our girls loved being outside and seeing the frogs in the pond, and there were plenty of games and places for them to play. We were hosting a party at Tinney's Tavern in Lake Desolation and the South Shore House was a perfect place to retreat to at the end of the evening! Kyle was super responsive to any questions we had.
