"Não recomendo esse hotel, pois a localização não é muito agradável, não possui bares próximos e poucos atrativos. Tive uma decepção ao chegar, pois não está claro na rua que ali se encontra um hotel, só existe um interfone com o nome "Phoenix". Interfonei várias vezes e não fui atendida. Como na reserva informava que o check-in era as 15h e nós chegamos as 13h, resolvemos aguardar, com as malas na rua. Mesmo assim, eu liguei para o número da reserva, e informava que o telefone não existia....

Ein sehr familiär geführtes Landhotel.
Gemütliche Atmosphäre und geräumige Zimmer. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es bleiben keine Wünsche ffen, man muss nur höflich fragen 😉
Das Hotel verfügt auch über Mittag- & Abendessen.Man sollte eventuell reservieren um sicher zu gehen.
Wir werden, wenn es sich anbietet auf alle Fälle gerne wieder kommen.

"A terrible experience. My flight from Dresden was delayed, and my train arrived in Chemnitz after 11 PM. I called the hotel by phone to notify them of the delay, and they informed me that the front desk check-in was only until 11 PM. I had already paid for the stays through this site, and so I went there anyway. I called again, they answered but do not received us, and I had to pay for another hotel (I used Hotels.com again). I would like to know how Hotels.com will solve this, as I paid for...
