"A beautiful property. Exactly what we were looking for. "

"First off, what an absolutely beautiful place. Carrie thought of everything, and the cottage was literally perfect for us and the kids. The pool was outstanding, as were the tradewinds off the ocean. OH! And the stars at night…WOW.The grill…the pool…the fire pit…all amazing. Plus, she set us up with the most relaxing Thai massages and with a snorkeling charter where we swam with sea turtles and a monk seal. We are absolutely coming back again next year!"

"We loved the privacy this place had. The beautiful back patio where we spent a lot of our mornings and evenings. It was a little further walk to the ocean than I anticipated but wasn’t too far. We loved our stay!"

"We have a large group family of 8 adult and 1 child 11 year old. This place is beautiful and very clean, close to the beach. But it's definitely not for 9 people, I don't consider these two place in the house is for sleeping. The couch is definitely not comfortable for 2 adult and the up stair is very hot event with small air fan. The ladder is dangerous to claim up and down the stair. This place is 5 star, but it only fit 5 people not for a large party of 9 or 10. I'm happy with the location...

"My husband, son (infant), and I absolutely loved staying at this cottage. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The sunsets at night and sunrise beach walks was exactly what I needed for this vacation. We saw many green sea turtles. Amber was awesome to work with. I highly recommend this property!"

"The cottage was perfect for a couple. Kitchen was stocked with useful items to allow cooking and eating on site. Sydney was a great host and communicated with us through the tsunami scare in August 2025. She was even gracious enough to let us have additional family members over during the evacuation, as they were staying at a resort on the coast. The land is lovely, and the story of how she and her husband have rehabilitated it into what it is today is inspiring. Our only minor gripes were...

"A nice, quiet place to stay that had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy. Enjoyed the small towns around the area, such as Paia and Makawao. Jaws just down the hill was a great place for coffee, various food, and wood fired pizza."

"Well stocked cottage in great location - we love ICC! Terry was very responsive to email inquiries throughout the booking process and our stay. The complex is under construction - not near this cottage, but others. We were without water (no showers, toilets, etc.) for 10 hours, which I don't think is the norm, but did impact one of our days. The TV remote wasn't working - which we were advised of before our arrival - not a big deal. But the maintenance person came to work on the TV...

"This property was so breathtakingly beautiful and secluded. My husband and I stayed here together and the privacy of the cottage allowed for such a romantic get away. The hosts were so amazing and so kind they truly made us feel so welcomed and special. We really hope to come stay at this incredible place again in the future."
