Pant Farmhouse - a house that sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms

Families and groups of friends will love this renovated, comfortable and spacious Ayrshire farmhouse offering luxury accommodation with hot tub and views over the peaceful Ayrshire countryside. The exclusive accommodation includes a large main Sitting Room with patio door to outside seating area and the hot tub; an additional snug seating for 3 by the stove in the Hall. The spacious house is able to sleep 12 people without guests feeling cramped and there are 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor with 3 bathrooms and 1 Ensuite. A further 3 bedrooms on the First Floor with 3 Bathrooms and 2 Ensuites. All bathrooms have separate shower cubicles. 2 bathrooms on ground floor are shower rooms (1 ensuite). The courtyard has been developed into an Events / Games Room, with Table Tennis, Table Football and a small Pool Table, or you could hold a gathering for friends and family.
The house is in a peaceful location with views over the Ayrshire countryside and the abundance of wildlife and birdlife can be enjoyed from the doorstep, there is a private wooden hot tub in the enclosed garden and wonderful woodland walks and cycling direct from the door.
With a vast array of outdoor activities nearby, the Farmhouse provides a fantastic launchpad to explore the beauty of Ayrshire, the local islands and the south west coast of Scotland. Enjoy walking along the 44 mile River Ayr Way right on the doorstep or the Ayrshire Coastal 100 mile long footpath nearby. The local area also boasts Scotland’s only ‘road cycling park’, a 15 mile network known as the Ayrshire Alps. Within easy reach are the world-famous golf courses of Royal Troon, Prestwick and Trump Turnberry, and the seaside town of Ayr offers a range of restaurants, cafés, shops as well as hosting horse racing events throughout the year at the Ayr Racecourse.
Other local places worth a visit are Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, the Dark Sky Observatory, Footgolf at Roodlea, the Boswell Coachhouse Tree and Hobbit House as well as the heated open-air pool in Cumnock. Dumfries House, which has been made famous by Chippendale furniture and links to Prince Charles, has beautiful gardens and an adventure playground to explore and is only 5 miles away. Set in the heart of Rabbie Burns country, there are many local attractions including Burns Cottage, the Burns Memorial Museum and the Brig o’Doon, the bridge from the famous poem ’Tam o’Shanter’. Or, why not take a day trip to Ireland from Cairnryan or visit the Isles of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae, Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are close enough for a day trip, as is Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Husbands 50th birthday

We had an excellent few days staying at Pant Farmhouse. The house had everything we needed and more to make our stay very enjoyable. Beds were lovely and comfy, kitchen very well stocked with dishes and cutlery etc. Kids and adults enjoyed the games room and the dogs enjoyed walking the farm roads. Log burner was great when the evenings got a wee bit chilly We would love to come and stay again

Perfect week with the family

Just back from a wonderful week in Pant Farmhouse. We are an extended family ranging from 5 to 82 years (and a small dog), travelling from Oxfordshire and France and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house is absolutely HUGE, spotless, well equipped and of high quality. We had lovely fires in the evenings, fire pits on the patio, games in the garden, champagne in the hot tub, walks around the nearby woods and meals in the enormous kitchen. It was a most fabulous week with the family. Highly recommended; do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed!

Loved our stay at Pant Farm. The photos do not do the property justice( it’s huge and supremely well appointed). We’ve stayed at a number of houses but Pant Farm gets the kids vote for the games room alone 😀

Lovely house great location and no one around when using hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent. The owners of this property really thought about furniture and fittings very luxurious. I would recommend this to my friends
